Received his B.CP in Urban and Regional Planning from Middle East Technical University (2000-2004). Earned his DEA (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies, French equivalent of Master’s Degree) in Urbanism from Université Paris XII, Institut d’Urbanisme de Paris (2005). Earned his Phd degree from University College London, Bartlett School Of Planning in 2014. His research interest include economic geography, political economy of urbanisation, quality of life, human centred development.
