Received his Bachelor degree in Urban Planning from China (2006). Earned his MSc. in Landscape Architecture from Clemson University (2010) and DDes degree in Interdisciplinary Design Institute of Washington State University (2014). Major research interests include equity and efficiency in accessibility analysis in urban and community planning, GIS analysis approaches in decisionmaking processes, design thinking, and GeoDesign.
