Received her bachelor’s degree from City and Regional Planning Department (2009) and her master’s degree from Urban Design Program (2012) at Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Architecture. Earned her Ph.D. degree from History and Civilisation Department at European University Institute (2020). Her research interests include global urban history, the spatial history of Istanbul, the politics of space, history of urban design.
