Graduated from Urban and Regional Planning Department of the Mimar Sinan University (1993). Received Master’s degree in Urban Planning in 2003 and Ph.D. in 2008 from the Urban and Regional Planning Department of Mimar Sinan Universityİ stanbul. Teaches and continues her research on urban transformation, advanced spatial models and analysis at the Department of Informatics of the same university.
