Received her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Azad University of Tabriz, Iran in 2011. Earned her masters and PhD. degrees in architecture from Middle East Technical University in 2014 and 2018 respectively. Her main areas of interest are architecture and city, production of urban space, urban sociology, politics and space, urban political geographies, spatialization of identity politics, and socio-political history and theory of urban space.
