Received her B.A. in Architecture and Urbanism and M.Sc. in Architecture for Hot and Arid Regions from Biskra University (1992-1998). Earned her PhD. degree in Architecture from Biskra University (2013).Major research interests include architectural heritage in the south of Algeria (hot and arid climate), energy efficiency in building, environmentally sustainable buildings design strategies, as well as climatic adaptability of building envelopes
