Received his B.Ed. in design & technology from Sheffield City Polytechnic, M.A. in industrial design (engineering) from Leicester Polytechnic, and Ph.D. in Industrial Design from Loughborough University. His reseacrh focuses on resources to support professional practice, interventions through design-led change, and use of creative design activity for data collection.
