Pelin GÜROL ÖNGÖREN

B.FA., M.A., Ph.D

She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in interior architecture and environmental design (2001) from Bilkent University, a Master’s degree (2003), and a PhD. in architectural history (2012) from the Middle East Technical University (METU). Her research interests encompass various aspects of cultural heritage studies, including the documentation, representation, and exhibition of heritage, museology, and the conservation of industrial heritage. She also conducts research on climate-resilient heritage practices in architectural education, the pedagogy of architectural history, and studies on architecture and gender.
