Received her B.Sc. in architecture from Istanbul Technical University (2007) and her M.Sc. in architecture from Politecnico di Milano (2009). Earned her PhD. degree in architectural restoration at Yıldız Technical University (2017). Major research interests include architectural conservation, adaptive reuse, twentieth-century architectural heritage, and cittaslow movement.
