B.CP., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Received his bachelor’s degree in city and regional planning in 1996 and MSc. in urban policy planning in 2000 from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Architecture. Earned his PhD in city planning in 2008 from the same university. Between 2009 and 2012, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the United Nations University, Institute of Advanced Studies in Yokohama, Japan.
