Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Architecture (1994). Received her master’s degree in architecture from Selçuk University in 2000 and PhD degree in architecture from Dokuz Eylül University 2004. Her teaching and research interests include architectural design, interior design and building science, republican period architecture, perception in architecture, architectural design theory and methods, and architectural criticism.
